Year End Deal

1. Eligibility:

• • The contest is open to all residents of India, except for Sharp India employees and their immediate families.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• • To enter the contest, participants must:

1. 1. Share their New Year’s resolution in the comments.
   2. Explain how Sharp products can help them achieve their New Year’s resolution.
   3. Tag 3 friends who would love to join the contest.
   4. Follow Sharp India on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to stay updated with the contest details

3. Contest Period:

• • The contest starts on 20th December 2024 and ends on 8th January 2025. Any entries received after the end date will not be eligible for participation.

4. Prize:

• • The winners will receive exciting Sharp products as prizes. The exact prizes will be disclosed by Sharp India during the contest period.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-saleable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection:

• • The winners will be selected based on the creativity and relevance of their answers to the contest prompt.
  • The Sharp India team will judge the entries, and their decision is final.
  • The winners will be announced on Sharp India’s official social media handles after the contest ends.

6. Winner Notification:

• • Winners will be contacted through direct message (DM) on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, or through email.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity:

• • By entering the contest, participants grant Sharp India permission to use their names, photographs, and entries for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

8. Contest Validity:

• • This contest is valid in India only. Any dispute arising out of this contest will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

9. General Conditions:

• • Sharp India reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any circumstances outside its control.
  • Sharp India is not responsible for any technical failures or issues related to the contest.

1. 10. TDS (Tax Deduction at Source):

• • If the value of the prize exceeds INR 10,000, TDS will be applicable as per government rules, and the winner will need to submit a PAN card copy and other relevant details for tax purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution:

• • Any disputes or claims arising from this contest will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
