1. Order Processing Time
1.1 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
2.1 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any additional customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
2.2 Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3.1 Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are subject to change with potential variations of up to 14 days. We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
4.1 You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. International Shipping
5.1 We currently do not offer international shipping.
6. Shipping Restrictions
6.1 Some items are restricted from being shipped to certain locations due to size, weight, or regulatory constraints. If your order contains any such items, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
7. Delivery Issues

8. Damages
8.1 We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
