Valentine’s day

Eligibility:

The contest is open to all residents of India, following all terms and conditions, with the exception of Sharp India employees and their immediate families. Participants must be 18 years or older to participate.

How to Enter:

To enter the contest, participants must:

• Share how they express love in everyday life—a moment, a gesture, or a habit that makes their loved ones feel cherished.
• Use the hashtag #SharpGestureofLove and tag @sharp_india_appliances in their entries.
• Tag 3 friends in their post.
• Follow Sharp India on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to stay updated with contest details.

Contest Period:

The contest starts on 7th February 2025 and ends on 14th February 2025. Any entries received after the end date will not be eligible for participation

Prizes:

The winners will receive exciting Sharp appliances. The exact prizes will be disclosed by Sharp India during the contest period. Prizes are non-transferable, non-saleable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected based on the creativity, uniqueness, and emotional impact of their #SharpestureofLove story. The Sharp India team will judge the entries, and their decision is final. The winners will be announced on Sharp India’s official social media handles after the contest ends.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be contacted through direct message (DM) on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, or via email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity :

By entering the contest, participants grant Sharp India permission to use their names, photographs, and entries for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

Contest Validity:

This contest is valid in all the States and Union Territories of India, excluding Tamil Nadu (under TN PS Act). Any dispute arising out of this contest will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

General Conditions:

• Sharp India reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any circumstances outside its control.
• Sharp India is not responsible for any technical failures or issues related to the contest.
• To the extent permitted by law, Sharp India and/or its management makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of any prize.
• Sharp India shall not be responsible for any defect in the prize.

Tax Deduction at Source (TDS):

If the value of the prize exceeds IN 10,000, TDS will be applicable as per government rules, and the winner will need to submit a PAN card copy and other relevant details for tax purposes

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes or claims arising from this contest will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
